Crown Reserve
Step inside the Statue of Liberty and experience Lady Liberty from a perspective few visitors ever see. Reaching the Crown requires climbing approximately 377 stairs from the base of the monument, including a 162-step spiral staircase from the Pedestal to the Crown. Along the way, you'll enjoy rare views from inside the Statue, including close-up details of her face, crown, and flowing hair.
Crown Access also includes entry to the Pedestal Observation Deck, where visitors can walk completely around the monument for 360-degree views of New York Harbor, the Manhattan skyline, Liberty Island, and beyond. Due to extremely limited capacity, Crown tickets often sell out months in advance and should be reserved as early as possible.
Every Crown Access ticket includes access to Liberty Island, Ellis Island, both museums, and access to the Pedestal and Crown of the Statue of Liberty. Simply select the departure point that's most convenient for you.
