Central Railroad of New Jersey Terminal (CRRNJ)

Before boarding your ferry, take time to explore the historic Central Railroad of New Jersey Terminal (CRRNJ), one of Liberty State Park's most significant landmarks.

Opened in 1889, the terminal welcomed millions of immigrants who had just been processed at Ellis Island and were beginning the next chapter of their journey across the United States. Today, the beautifully restored building is home to the official Statue City Cruises New Jersey ticket office and serves as a reminder of New Jersey's important role in America's immigration story.

Empty Sky Memorial

One of Liberty State Park's most moving landmarks, the Empty Sky Memorial honors the 749 New Jersey residents who lost their lives on September 11, 2001. Its twin stainless steel walls frame a direct view of the former World Trade Center site, creating a powerful place for remembrance and reflection. Located adjacent to the Statue City Cruises boarding area, it's an easy stop before or after your ferry ride.

Seasonal Shuttle

On select dates, a free shuttle connects the Central Railroad of New Jersey Terminal with popular destinations throughout Liberty State Park. Shuttle service is offered on limited days, primarily weekends.
