- Todas as pessoas e pertences estão sujeitos a revista antes do embarque nas balsas. Todos os itens considerados inadequados ou proibidos serão confiscados e retidos pela Polícia do Parque Nacional dos Estados Unidos.
- Os visitantes que entram no interior do Monumento da Estátua da Liberdade passam por uma inspeção de segurança adicional. Observe que as filas de espera da segurança podem ser longas para garantir a segurança dos visitantes e do monumento.
- Mochilas, carrinhos de bebê e guarda-chuvas grandes são permitidos nos barcos e ilhas. Visitantes com ingressos para o Crown ou Pedestal devem guardar esses itens em armários, convenientemente localizados próximos à área de inspeção secundária antes de entrar no Pedestal ou no Crown.
